Have just bought a VW Polo from this company. Customer service is second to none. They agreed on completing some repairs, which they did. Communication is definitely a strong point, with frequent updates being provided to us while this work was being done. Very very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Excellent experience
Harry was very knowledgable about the vehicle, and very clear in his explanations. He had a lot of tips about aftercare also. After placing the deposit, DDC got the car MOT'd and serviced, kept me informed every step of the way, and the turnaround time was rapid. They even offered to tidy a few cosmetic bits up at no extra cost to me. Much recommend.

The best you will ge
The customer service from Harry the owner, is the best you will get. He explained everything about the car, and made things so easy for me. He explained about the 1.4 tsi engines needing to be oiled every 5000 miles and what oil to use. He even called me back 5 days after the purchase just to make sure everything was fine and if I was enjoying the car. Even stayed on the phone for a while to discuss where to buy the oil from. I would recommend daily driven cars to anyone. I will be sending all my family and friends to purchase a car from here.

Phenomenal Car purchase experience
I purchased a Bentley continental GT from D.D.C. From my first phone through the purchase, and after purchase service was phenomenal!!! Harry and his team as perfected what customer experience and service should be in a car dealership. In my opinion Daily Driven Cars approach to customer service, experience and quality of cars is the future of car dealership. Harry went above and beyond
Harry went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service that I was being provided. I informed him after the purchase that the air conn wasn't working, he told me to get it fixed and he would cover the cost...he didn't fail on his words. Great to have someone you can trust and rely on when buying 2nd hand car. I would drive again the 1.5hrs to buy another car from Harry again.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service and a great little car!
We have been very impressed with the service from Harry and his brother at Daily Driven Cars. We were able to pay and drive away on the same day. The car had a full years MOT and it included a years free RAC cover and a 3 month warranty. The car did have a little breakdown a few days after getting it home. Totally just one of those things, the clutch cover broke. The car is 9 years old. Harry was great and had it fixed under the warranty straightaway he replaced the whole clutch with a new one.. His communication throughout has been brilliant. 100% recommend!

Harry kept me up to date with everything each step of the way. They put a fresh MOT on the car and service. When I arrived to the pick up the car I was greeted with a warm welcome and the car was exactly as described. Harry even checked in after the sale to make sure everything was okay and if I was happy with my purchase.
